STOP WAITING TO KNOW

Each month, the Pause at the Well reading invites me to listen, not just intellectually, but honestly from my own experience, to what my life is asking of me - right now. The themes that came through for March speak to me about routine, inspiration, risk, focus, and the creative flow that emerges when I trust my inner guidance.

As I sat with the reading, one truth became clear: to live what this reading inspires, I must release my habit of waiting for certainty before moving forward. I must accept being powerfully with the what's so of uncertainty.

Routine has its place. It offers stability, grounding, and rhythm. But there is a subtle way routine can turn into postponement - doing what is familiar feels safe, even when something new is quietly calling from just beyond the edge of my comfort bubble.

This reading reminds me that creative energy rarely arrives fully formed. Inspiration often begins as a small spark, a fleeting idea, a new perspective, a whisper of possibility - a glimmer - like a firefly on a summer night. The risk is not that the idea will fail; the real risk is dismissing it before it ever has the chance to take shape and form into a real path for my life to unfold.

For me, waiting for certainty has sometimes looked like overthinking, planning endlessly, or believing I need the perfect timing, the right conditions, or complete clarity before taking the next step.

But creativity does not work like this.

Creative life unfolds through movement. Through curiosity. Through allowing ideas to evolve in real time rather than demanding they prove themselves before they begin.

The spider in the reading, I assert is my inner dream weaver. She does not wait until the entire web is visible before starting. It simply begins, thread by thread, trusting that the pattern will emerge as it goes - and she follows an inner compass of knowing that guides the magic she creates.

This is the invitation for March.

Release the need to know exactly how everything will unfold.

Instead, trust the small signals of inspiration. Follow the thread that feels alive. Focus on organizing the chaos rather than letting uncertainty stop the movement.

Leadership in this moment is not about control. It is about alignment and choosing to act from inspiration rather than hesitation. The beautiful promise in this reading is that even small shifts matter. A single step aligned with creative flow, a new perspective, a willingness to try something different - these are already signs of success. The sweetness of the journey, like honey created through the steady work of the hive, comes from the combination of effort, trust, and community.

This month, I am choosing to release, waiting for certainty. Instead, I am listening for inspiration, taking the next honest step, and allowing the path to reveal itself as I move.

Perhaps that is the deeper wisdom of this reading: We don’t have to see the whole we to trust the web is there and unfolding in divine alignment.

What small thread is calling for your attention right now? Take a moment today to follow that spark of inspiration, however small, and begin weaving. Embrace your inner dream weaver. She's waiting for you.
