Hello! My name is Tiffany, and I’m a Clinical Social Worker. Welcome to my practice. I have a special interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions such as college, graduate school, career stress, sexuality and gender identity/expression, parenting, relationships, substance use and disordered eating.

I specialize in women’s health issues, including pregnancy, postpartum, adoption and parenting. I have extensive experience working in community health setting working with children and adults with complex medical needs, teen parents, and pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders. I have an eclectic approach utilizing various modalities to create a safe, supportive environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable and curious to explore yourself.

A favorite quote of mine by Albert Einstein is, "in the middle of every difficulty lies and opportunity." As a therapist, I strive to embody this by creating a warm, authentic, empathic, nurturing environment with a sprinkle of “real talk” and humor that allows you to rise through whatever difficulty you may be facing and transform it into an opportunity for your growth. Beginning your journey to healing and wellness awaits. I currently offer therapy through Integral Bloom, and affiliate of Wellworth Therapy.
