In fact, the skills for operating a business are not taught in any programs for healers, educators, artists, and activists, that I know of.
To thrive as a heart and soul aligned business owner/persona, the money, mindset, marketing, and management skills are essential, and need to be developed.
In my case, I have sought out extensive business coaching, guidance from successful business owners in my personal circle. And, I was raised in a family business, encouraged throughout my life by my father to be "in business for yourself." I was also a consumer behavior and business marketing minor.

Money - what does it mean to you? Because what it means to you is an interpretation that can change. Talking about and dealing with money can feel excruciating for healer soulpreneurs. It's common for healers to prioritize connection and nurturance over money. Many avoid talking about money as much as possible and simply fail at managing their finances because of this. Being with money successfully can feel too off-putting or require a skill set that is too stressful to take on learning. What could feeling empowered with money allow for? How about, success and freedom?
Mindset is critical - are you living in a scarcity, fear driven matrix? How about a mindset that allows for possibility? A mindset that allows for possibility is a mindset of true transformation. It is not allowing your past or fears of the future to define how or who you are being now, the only place we really have the ability to make true transformation happen. How you view yourself, your self-image is extremely important to your success and extremely important in terms of how you view what's possible or not. Possibility mindset is a new way of approaching mindset work that you will master in this mastermind.
Managing a business includes managing your resources - your time, money, your energy, your well-being, and more. It also includes the nuts and bolts of things like scheduling, doing intakes, taking insurances or not and how to manage billing, creating and caring for collaborations, self care, and SO much more. - Meetings on Thursday starting at 6:00 PM, EST.
