Tips from the well: Consider what wintering allows for. Resting in gratitude. Resting in solitude. Sharpened focus. Trust that allows for a Rainbow of blessings.

This week, take time for sacred solitude. You can integrate sacred moments into your everyday life as it already is.

Consider using the power of intention. While washing dishes, hold an intention of washing away what no longer serves you, as you embark on new ways of being. While taking a bath or shower, hold the intention of bathing in healing waters; perhaps enhance the energetic cleansing by adding salt or essential oils. Revel in the quiet this privacy can bring.

Consider ways to engage your senses of sight, smell, touch, hearing, taste, and intuition, and bring these senses and sensations to the surface in your daily life. This will allow you to be more creative, more present to your inner needs, and make your environment a sanctuary for FLOW.

Consider ways to integrate with the natural elements of earth, water, fire, wood, air and beyond. Take a bath with salt and candles. Wrap your hands around a warm mug of tea or coffee and enjoy the smells. Take a step into nature and revel in the aromas of the nature, the land and the trees. Have a love-in with your four-legged friend, maybe by giving belly rubs to your dog (my personal favorite.)
