Meet Alchemy, the first harvest of Aldea de Sol's locally grown and harvested coffee in Oceanside, California, in South Morro Hills.

Alchemy is a blend of 16 varieties that started with plants from the Cal Poly Pomona project to experiment for suitability of coffee as a product being grown in Southern California. We are excited to offer this first crop as a sample! 5 years after they took root in the field behind the house I grew up in, we have our first harvest.

Special acknowledgment goes to Geraldo from Pueblo, Mexico and to the crew from Pueblo and Oaxaca, Mexico who managed the growing and harvesting of these 36 plants grown in South Morro Hills, Oceanside, CA.
